COMPETITION DATES
This competition will run from 1 August 2017 to 31 December 2017. The prize is valid for travel in March 2018
PRIZE WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The winner will be announced on 1 January 2018 via our Facebook Page through a live stream video. All entries will be recorded on a numbered spreadsheet. The total number of entries will be entered into a random number generator. The number drawn will be referenced back to the numbered spreadsheet and the winner announced
The first name drawn will be the winner of the Grand Prize. We will also draw a first and second alternative winner at the same time should the first winner not be able to make the trip
COMPETITION ENTRIES
All entries will be automatically recorded on the numbered spreadsheet. In order to qualify for an entry, the "HOW TO ENTER" criteria need to be met PER ORDER. No combinations of multiple orders will be entered into the prize draw. Only single orders meeting the "HOW TO ENTER" criteria will be considered

REQUIREMENTS OF THE WINNERS
In order to claim your prize, you will need to meet the following criteria
- Valid Passport with at least 2 free pages
- If applicable, arrange your own transport to Johannesburg International Airport
- Ensure that contact details on your account are correct and up to date
- Be available to travel in March 2018
- Be over the age of 18
- The prize winner must accept that their name will be used by Vape Cartel in announcing them as the winner on the internet for publicity and advertising purposes without any additional compensation
- The prize winner will be responsible for additional costs such as travel insurance should the winner so decide. In the event of unforeseen circumstances that a flight is missed, the winner will be responsible for all costs of rebooking a different flight
- Cost of visas if applicable - Not applicable to South African Passport Holders
NOTIFICATION TO THE PRIZE WINNER
All reasonable efforts will be made to inform the prize winner, and 1st and 2nd alternates, of their draw. Vape Cartel will try through all reasonable means to contact the winners. Should we not be able to reach you by 17:00 on 5 January 2018, the prize will be forfeited and passed on to the next alternate winner
RIGHTS OF VAPE CARTEL
Vape Cartel reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms of this prize without notification or consideration in the unlikely event of a major catastrophe, terrorist attack, epidemic, war, natural disaster or any actual, anticipated alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar event
EXCLUSIONS
Employees of Vape Cartel, and their immediate families are not eligible for entry to the prize draw
Judges decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into
