SMOK presents the Novo 2, a remastered version of the critically acclaimed Novo unit. The SMOK Novo 2 pod system features a slew of upgrades from its original variation such as a higher maximum wattage output, larger juice capacity, a tighter MTL draw designed for salt nicotine, a larger battery capacity, and of course a Micro-USB charging port with quick charge capabilities. This device leaps over the original SMOK Novo with ease without sacrificing size or flavour
The SMOK Novo 2 measurements remain the same as the original SMOK Novo, however this device now features new colors, and other products to further customize the device. A sleek and minimalistic design covers this device as the on and off switch has been removed completely, however, on the front of the Novo 2 is an integrated LED which displays battery life and device safety notifications. The LED lights will correspond with the remaining battery life with three coloured lights; At maximum charge to 70%, there will be a green LED, from 70% to 30%, there will be an orange LED, from 30% or lower, there will be a red LED notifying the user to charge the device. Draining this devices battery will be a difficult matter since the battery capacity has been upgraded from 450mAh to a whopping 800mAh integrated battery. Another great upgrade to this device is the utilization of Micro-USB being moved to the bottom of the device
Moving forward, the SMOK Novo 2 pod does not protrude completely out of the device. This system allows the Novo 2 to remain sleek and flush with the pod installed while the whistle tip protrudes approximately 20mm for a comfortable vaping experience. Juice can be filled through a black silicone tab located on the side of the pod with a maximum juice capacity of 2ml. An added feature on the pod is new integration of dual coils which can be found on the Novo 2 DC 1.4 ohm MTL Pod. The other variation of pod designed for the Novo 2 is the 0.6 ohm Mesh pod. Which delivers smooth and flavorful vapor in every puff. Each pod is securely connected to the device via friction fit connection

Returns
Our Returns Policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept returns on any E-Liquid purchases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: VAPE CARTEL - SHOP UL14 MEYERSDAL MALL, Cnr Michelle Avenue and Hennie Alberts, Meyersdal, 1447.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R500.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
